Award winning photographer, Ann Brooks is located in Marin County, California. Her studio is in the Art Works Downtown art center in San Rafael.
Brooks has combined a love of photography with her love of travel. Her camera has taken her to India, Thailand, Turkey, Europe, and Mexico. By 2005 a measure of her success was the repeated licensing of an image by National Geographic.
In 2006 Brooks expanded her interest to documentary photojournalism. In 2007 she was invited to be a participant in the Missouri Photo Workshop sponsored by University of Missouri's School of Journalism.
Since 2004, Ann Brooks has provided images to Marin non-profits to assist them with media promotion, marketing and development.
